Withdrawal requests (EU / UK)
To withdraw from an order, send a clear statement to [email protected] with your name, order number and the email address on the order, stating "I withdraw from my contract for order [order number]". You do not need a reason if you are within the withdrawal period described in section 5 of our Terms of Service. We will confirm receipt by email with a timestamp and refund you within 14 days.

To SDKC66 (merchant of record: Gumroad, registered address as printed on my invoice): I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my contract concerning the purchase of the following digital product: [product], ordered on [date], order number [number]. Name of consumer: [name]. Address: [address]. Date.
Registered business details
We keep our corporate registration off this public page on purpose. Write to [email protected] and we will send our full legal name and registered address within two business days — we do this for anyone who needs it for a withdrawal, a complaint, a chargeback, a tax document or a legal notice, and never ask why. Invoices from Gumroad already show that company's registered address.

If you believe a product sold here is being used for unlawful purposes, or you have found a vulnerability in our site, write to [email protected] and we will investigate. Please do not publish the issue before giving us a reasonable period to fix it.
